These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Jita 9 website (jita9.games) and all its services. Jita 9 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform providing services in English for Bangladeshi players.

• Collusion against other players
• Operating an account using a false identity or by misappropriating another person's information
• Using Jita 9's brand, logo, or content without permission
• Filing false complaints or spreading misinformation about the platform

• Jita 9 is not liable for any game loss resulting from an internet disconnection
• Jita 9 is not directly liable for losses caused by server issues on the part of third-party game providers
• In the event of an unexpected technical error, game results may be voided and bets will be refunded
• Jita 9 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or mobile payment providers
• Services may be suspended in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters or government directives
